CVE-2017-7908 2 Ge, Gigasoft 2 Ge Communicator, Proessentials 2024-11-21 N/A
A heap-based buffer overflow exists in the third-party product Gigasoft, v5 and prior, included in GE Communicator 3.15 and prior. A malicious HTML file that loads the ActiveX controls can trigger the vulnerability via unchecked function calls.
CVE-2017-7827 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2024-11-21 N/A
Memory safety bugs were reported in Firefox 56. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort that some of these could be exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 57.
CVE-2017-7813 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2024-11-21 N/A
Inside the JavaScript parser, a cast of an integer to a narrower type can result in data read from outside the buffer being parsed. This usually results in a non-exploitable crash, but can leak a limited amount of information from memory if it matches JavaScript identifier syntax. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 56.
CVE-2017-7811 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2024-11-21 N/A
Memory safety bugs were reported in Firefox 55. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort that some of these could be exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 56.
CVE-2017-7786 3 Debian, Mozilla, Redhat 10 Debian Linux, Firefox, Firefox Esr and 7 more 2024-11-21 N/A
A buffer overflow can occur when the image renderer attempts to paint non-displayable SVG elements. This results in a potentially exploitable crash. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 52.3, Firefox ESR < 52.3, and Firefox < 55.
CVE-2017-7780 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2024-11-21 N/A
Memory safety bugs were reported in Firefox 54. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort that some of these could be exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 55.
CVE-2017-7777 3 Mozilla, Redhat, Sil 3 Firefox, Enterprise Linux, Graphite2 2024-11-21 N/A
Use of uninitialized memory in Graphite2 library in Firefox before 54 in graphite2::GlyphCache::Loader::read_glyph function.
CVE-2017-7776 3 Mozilla, Redhat, Sil 3 Firefox, Enterprise Linux, Graphite2 2024-11-21 N/A
Heap-based Buffer Overflow read in Graphite2 library in Firefox before 54 in graphite2::Silf::getClassGlyph.
CVE-2017-7774 3 Mozilla, Redhat, Sil 3 Firefox, Enterprise Linux, Graphite2 2024-11-21 N/A
Out-of-bounds read in Graphite2 Library in Firefox before 54 in graphite2::Silf::readGraphite function.
CVE-2017-7773 3 Mozilla, Redhat, Sil 3 Firefox, Enterprise Linux, Graphite2 2024-11-21 N/A
Heap-based Buffer Overflow write in Graphite2 library in Firefox before 54 in lz4::decompress src/Decompressor.
CVE-2017-7772 3 Mozilla, Redhat, Sil 3 Firefox, Enterprise Linux, Graphite2 2024-11-21 N/A
Heap-based Buffer Overflow in Graphite2 library in Firefox before 54 in lz4::decompress function.
CVE-2017-7771 3 Mozilla, Redhat, Sil 3 Firefox, Enterprise Linux, Graphite2 2024-11-21 N/A
Out-of-bounds read in Graphite2 Library in Firefox before 54 in graphite2::Pass::readPass function.
CVE-2017-7657 6 Debian, Eclipse, Hp and 3 more 20 Debian Linux, Jetty, Xp P9000 and 17 more 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
In Eclipse Jetty, versions 9.2.x and older, 9.3.x (all configurations), and 9.4.x (non-default configuration with RFC2616 compliance enabled), transfer-encoding chunks are handled poorly. The chunk length parsing was vulnerable to an integer overflow. Thus a large chunk size could be interpreted as a smaller chunk size and content sent as chunk body could be interpreted as a pipelined request. If Jetty was deployed behind an intermediary that imposed some authorization and that intermediary allowed arbitrarily large chunks to be passed on unchanged, then this flaw could be used to bypass the authorization imposed by the intermediary as the fake pipelined request would not be interpreted by the intermediary as a request.
CVE-2017-7558 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 5 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 2 more 2024-11-21 N/A
A kernel data leak due to an out-of-bound read was found in the Linux kernel in inet_diag_msg_sctp{,l}addr_fill() and sctp_get_sctp_info() functions present since version 4.7-rc1 through version 4.13. A data leak happens when these functions fill in sockaddr data structures used to export socket's diagnostic information. As a result, up to 100 bytes of the slab data could be leaked to a userspace.
CVE-2017-7528 1 Redhat 2 Ansible Tower, Cloudforms Management Engine 2024-11-21 N/A
Ansible Tower as shipped with Red Hat CloudForms Management Engine 5 is vulnerable to CRLF Injection. It was found that X-Forwarded-For header allows internal servers to deploy other systems (using callback).
CVE-2017-7525 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more 30 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Oncommand Balance and 27 more 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
A deserialization flaw was discovered in the jackson-databind, versions before 2.6.7.1, 2.7.9.1 and 2.8.9, which could allow an unauthenticated user to perform code execution by sending the maliciously crafted input to the readValue method of the ObjectMapper.
CVE-2017-7519 2 Ceph, Debian 2 Ceph, Debian Linux 2024-11-21 N/A
In Ceph, a format string flaw was found in the way libradosstriper parses input from user. A user could crash an application or service using the libradosstriper library.
CVE-2017-7482 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 3 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Mrg 2024-11-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel before version 4.12, Kerberos 5 tickets decoded when using the RXRPC keys incorrectly assumes the size of a field. This could lead to the size-remaining variable wrapping and the data pointer going over the end of the buffer. This could possibly lead to memory corruption and possible privilege escalation.
CVE-2017-7467 1 Minicom Project 1 Minicom 2024-11-21 N/A
A buffer overflow flaw was found in the way minicom before version 2.7.1 handled VT100 escape sequences. A malicious terminal device could potentially use this flaw to crash minicom, or execute arbitrary code in the context of the minicom process.
CVE-2017-7376 3 Debian, Google, Xmlsoft 3 Debian Linux, Android, Libxml2 2024-11-21 N/A
Buffer overflow in libxml2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by leveraging an incorrect limit for port values when handling redirects.
