CVSS v3.1 |
| A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in HDF5 up to 1.14.6. Affected by this issue is the function H5FS__sect_find_node of the file H5FSsection.c. The manipulation leads to heap-based buffer overflow. It is possible to launch the attack on the local host. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| An Improper Encoding or Escaping of Output vulnerability in the Sampling Route Record Daemon (SRRD) of Juniper Networks Junos OS allows an unauthenticated, network-based attacker to cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS).
When a device configured for flow-monitoring receives a specific BGP update message, it is correctly processed internally by the routing protocol daemon (rpd), but when it's sent to SRRD it's encoded incorrectly which leads to a crash and momentary interruption of jflow processing until it automatically restarts. This issue does not affect traffic forwarding itself.
This issue affects Junos OS:
* All versions before 21.2R3-S9,
* 21.4 versions before 21.4R3-S10,
* 22.2 versions before 22.2R3-S6,
* 22.4 versions before 22.4R3,
* 23.2 versions before 23.2R1-S2, 23.2R2.
This issue does not affected Junos OS Evolved. |
| Improper buffer restrictions in the Intel(R) C++ Compiler Classic before version 2021.7.1 for some Intel(R) oneAPI Toolkits before version 2022.3.1 may allow a privileged user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
phonet: fix rtm_phonet_notify() skb allocation
fill_route() stores three components in the skb:
- struct rtmsg
- RTA_DST (u8)
- RTA_OIF (u32)
Therefore, rtm_phonet_notify() should use
NLMSG_ALIGN(sizeof(struct rtmsg)) +
nla_total_size(1) +
nla_total_size(4) |
| Incorrect boundary conditions in the Graphics component. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 147, Firefox ESR < 115.32, Firefox ESR < 140.7, Thunderbird < 147, and Thunderbird < 140.7. |
| Sandbox escape due to incorrect boundary conditions in the Graphics: CanvasWebGL component. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 147, Firefox ESR < 140.7, Thunderbird < 147, and Thunderbird < 140.7. |
| Sandbox escape due to incorrect boundary conditions in the Graphics component. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 147, Firefox ESR < 115.32, Firefox ESR < 140.7, Thunderbird < 147, and Thunderbird < 140.7. |
| Kentico Xperience 13 is vulnerable to a stored cross-site scripting attack via a form component, allowing an attacker to hijack a victim user’s session and perform actions in their security context. |
| A memory leak flaw was found in Libtiff's tiffcrop utility. This issue occurs when tiffcrop operates on a TIFF image file, allowing an attacker to pass a crafted TIFF image file to tiffcrop utility, which causes this memory leak issue, resulting an application crash, eventually leading to a denial of service. |
| BlackSheep is an asynchronous web framework to build event based web applications with Python. Prior to 2.4.6, the HTTP Client implementation in BlackSheep is vulnerable to CRLF injection. Missing headers validation makes it possible for an attacker to modify the HTTP requests (e.g. insert a new header) or even create a new HTTP request. Exploitation requires developers to pass unsanitized user input directly into headers.The server part is not affected because BlackSheep delegates to an underlying ASGI server handling of response headers. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.4.6. |
| Soda PDF Desktop PDF File Parsing Memory Corruption Information Disclosure Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive information on affected installations of Soda PDF Desktop. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
The specific flaw exists within the parsing of PDF files. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in a memory corruption condition. An attacker can leverage this in conjunction with other vulnerabilities to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-27141. |
| As UART download mode is still enabled on the ESP32 chip on which the firmware runs, an adversary can dump the flash from the device and retrieve sensitive information such as details about the current and previous Wi-Fi network from the NVS partition. Additionally, this allows the adversary to reflash the device with their own firmware which may contain malicious modifications. |
| The ESP32 system on a chip (SoC) that powers the Meatmeet Pro was found to have JTAG enabled. By leaving JTAG enabled on an ESP32 in a commercial product an attacker with physical access to the device can connect over this port and reflash the device's firmware with malicious code which will be executed upon running. As a result, the victim will lose access to the functionality of their device and the attack may gain unauthorized access to the victim's Wi-Fi network by re-connecting to the SSID defined in the NVS partition of the device. |
| utility.c in telnetd in netkit telnet through 0.17 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via short writes or urgent data, because of a buffer overflow involving the netclear and nextitem functions. |
| In FileX before 6.4.2, the file support module for Eclipse Foundation ThreadX, there was a possible buffer overflow in the FileX RAM disk driver. It could cause a remote execurtion after receiving a crafted sequence of packets |
| A vulnerability was determined in TOZED ZLT M30s up to 1.47. The affected element is an unknown function of the component UART Interface. Executing manipulation can lead to on-chip debug and test interface with improper access control. The physical device can be targeted for the attack. Attacks of this nature are highly complex. The exploitability is described as difficult. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| Missing XML Validation vulnerability in Apache Struts, Apache Struts.
This issue affects Apache Struts: from 2.0.0 before 2.2.1; Apache Struts: from 2.2.1 through 6.1.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.1.1, which fixes the issue. |
| Emby Server is a personal media server. Prior to version 4.8.1.0 and prior to Beta version 4.9.0.0-beta, a malicious user can send an authentication request with a manipulated X-Emby-Client value, which gets added to the devices section of the admin dashboard without sanitization. This issue has been patched in version 4.8.1.0 and Beta version 4.9.0.0-beta. |
| Format String vulnerability in the Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) subsystem of Cisco IOS Software, Cisco IOS XE Software, and Cisco IOS XR Software could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition or execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges on an affected device. Cisco Bug IDs: CSCvd73664. |
| Multiple Buffer Overflow vulnerabilities in the Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) subsystem of Cisco IOS Software, Cisco IOS XE Software, and Cisco IOS XR Software could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition or execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges on an affected device. Cisco Bug IDs: CSCuo17183, CSCvd73487. |
