In Blue Planet® products through 22.12, a misconfiguration in the SAML implementation allows for privilege escalation. Only products using SAML authentication are affected.
Blue Planet® has released software updates that address this vulnerability for the affected products. Customers are advised to upgrade their Blue Planet products to the latest software version as soon as possible. The software updates can be downloaded from the Ciena Support Portal.

Policy bypass in Extensions in Google Chrome prior to 142.0.7444.59 allowed an attacker who convinced a user to install a malicious extension to obtain potentially sensitive information from process memory via a crafted Chrome Extension. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
Policy bypass in Extensions in Google Chrome prior to 142.0.7444.59 allowed an attacker who convinced a user to install a malicious extension to leak cross-origin data via a crafted Chrome Extension. (Chromium security severity: Low)
A vulnerability has been identified in Spectrum Power 4 (All versions < V4.70 SP12 Update 2). The affected application is vulnerable to a local privilege escalation due to wrongly set permissions to a binary which allows any local attacker to gain administrative privileges.
This vulnerability allows an authenticated user to perform a Lifecycle Manager flow or other QuickLink for a target user outside of the defined QuickLink Population.
The Mementor Core plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.5. This is due to plugin not properly handling the user switch back function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to elevate their privileges by accessing an administrator account through the switch back functionality.
A vulnerability was found in Shenzhen Dashi Tongzhou Information Technology AgileBPM up to 1.0.0. It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function doFilter of the file \agile-bpm-basic-master\ab-auth\ab-auth-spring-security-oauth2\src\main\java\com\dstz\auth\filter\AuthorizationTokenCheckFilter.java. The manipulation leads to improper access controls. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
| An improper privilege management vulnerability was found in Looker Studio. It impacted all JDBC-based connectors.
A Looker Studio user with report view access could make a copy of the report and execute arbitrary SQL that would run on the data source database due to the stored credentials attached to the report.
This vulnerability was patched on 21 July 2025, and no customer action is needed. |
JumpServer is an open source bastion host and an operation and maintenance security audit system. Prior to 4.8.0 and 3.10.18, an attacker with a low-privileged account can access the Kubernetes session feature and manipulate the kubeconfig file to redirect API requests to an external server controlled by the attacker. This allows the attacker to intercept and capture the Kubernetes cluster token. This can potentially allow unauthorized access to the cluster and compromise its security. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.8.0 and 3.10.18.
A vulnerability has been identified in Mendix OIDC SSO (Mendix 10 compatible) (All versions < V4.1.0), Mendix OIDC SSO (Mendix 10.12 compatible) (All versions < V4.0.1), Mendix OIDC SSO (Mendix 9 compatible) (All versions < V3.3.0). The Mendix OIDC SSO module grants read and write access to all tokens exclusively to the Administrator role and could result in privilege misuse by an adversary modifying the module during Mendix development.
A vulnerability in the SonicWall Email Security version 10.0.9.x allows an attacker to create an administrative account by sending a crafted HTTP request to the remote host.
| Improper privilege management during pre-MFA cookie handling in Devolutions Server allows a low-privileged authenticated user to impersonate another account by replaying the pre-MFA cookie. This does not bypass the target account MFA verification step.
This issue affects the following versions :
* Devolutions Server 2025.3.2.0 through 2025.3.5.0
*
Devolutions Server 2025.2.15.0 and earlier |
An issue was discovered in EyesOfNetwork 5.3. The sudoers configuration is prone to a privilege escalation vulnerability, allowing the apache user to run arbitrary commands as root via a crafted NSE script for nmap 7.
A script injection vulnerability was identified in the Tuned package. The `instance_create()` D-Bus function can be called by locally logged-in users without authentication. This flaw allows a local non-privileged user to execute a D-Bus call with `script_pre` or `script_post` options that permit arbitrary scripts with their absolute paths to be passed. These user or attacker-controlled executable scripts or programs could then be executed by Tuned with root privileges that could allow attackers to local privilege escalation.
A flaw was found in the Keycloak identity and access management system when Fine-Grained Admin Permissions(FGAPv2) are enabled. An administrative user with the manage-users role can escalate their privileges to realm-admin due to improper privilege enforcement. This vulnerability allows unauthorized elevation of access rights, compromising the intended separation of administrative duties and posing a security risk to the realm.
Privilege Escalation through SUID-bit Binary.This issue affects BLU-IC2: through 1.19.5; BLU-IC4: through 1.19.5 .
Local Privilege Escalation.This issue affects BLU-IC2: through 1.19.5; BLU-IC4: through 1.19.5 .
A privilege escalation flaw was found in the node restriction admission plugin of the kubernetes api server of OpenShift. A remote attacker who modifies the node role label could steer workloads from the control plane and etcd nodes onto different worker nodes and gain broader access to the cluster.
Beckhoff Embedded PC images before 2014-10-22 and Automation Device Specification (ADS) TwinCAT components might allow remote attackers to obtain access via the (1) Windows CE Remote Configuration Tool, (2) CE Remote Display service, or (3) TELNET service.
An authentication bypass vulnerability exists in ETQ Reliance on the CG (legacy) platform. The application allowed login as the privileged internal SYSTEM user by manipulating the username field. The SYSTEM account does not require a password, enabling attackers with network access to the login page to obtain elevated access. Once authenticated, an attacker could achieve remote code execution by modifying Jython scripts within the application. This issue was resolved by introducing stricter validation logic to exclude internal accounts from public authentication workflows in version MP-4583.
