| An Improper Check for Unusual or Exceptional Conditions vulnerability in the the IKE daemon (iked) of Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series, MX Series with SPC3 and NFX350 allows allows an unauthenticated, network-based attacker sending specific mismatching parameters as part of the IPsec negotiation to trigger an iked crash leading to Denial of Service (DoS).
This issue is applicable to all platforms that run iked. This issue affects Junos OS on SRX Series, MX Series with SPC3 and NFX350:
* All versions before 21.2R3-S8,

| An Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in the aftmand process of Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved allows an unauthenticated, network-based attacker to consume memory resources, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) condition. The processes do not recover on their own and must be manually restarted.
This issue affects both IPv4 and IPv6.
Changes in memory usage can be monitored using the following CLI command:
user@device> show system memory node <fpc slot> | grep evo-aftmann
This issue affects Junos OS Evolved:

| An Improper Handling of Exceptional Conditions vulnerability in the routing protocol daemon (RPD) of Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows a network based, unauthenticated attacker to cause the RPD process to crash leading to a Denial of Service (DoS).
When a malformed BGP UPDATE packet is received over an established BGP session, RPD crashes and restarts.
Continuous receipt of the malformed BGP UPDATE messages will create a sustained Denial of Service (DoS) condition for impacted devices.
This issue affects eBGP and iBGP, in both IPv4 and IPv6 implementations. This issue requires a remote attacker to have at least one established BGP session.
This issue affects:
Juniper Networks Junos OS:
* All versions earlier than 20.4R3-S9;
* 21.2 versions earlier than 21.2R3-S7;

| An Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in the H.323 ALG (Application Layer Gateway) of Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series and MX Series with SPC3 and MS-MPC/MIC, allows an unauthenticated network-based attacker to send specific packets causing traffic loss leading to Denial of Service (DoS).
Continued receipt and processing of these specific packets will sustain the Denial of Service condition.

user@host> show usp memory segment sha data objcache jsf
This issue affects SRX Series and MX Series with SPC3 and MS-MPC/MIC:
* 20.4 before 20.4R3-S10,

Continued receipt and processing of this packet will create a sustained Denial of Service (DoS) condition.
This issue only affects systems configured in
either of two ways:
* systems with BGP traceoptions enabled
* systems with BGP traffic engineering
configured
This issue can affect iBGP and eBGP with
any address family
configured. The specific attribute involved is non-transitive, and will not propagate across a network.

* 23.4-EVO before 23.4R2-EVO. |
| An Improper Handling of Exceptional Conditions vulnerability in the routing protocol daemon (rpd) of Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows an unauthenticated network-based attacker sending a specific BGP packet to cause rpd to crash and restart, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS). Continued receipt and processing of this packet will create a sustained Denial of Service (DoS) condition.
This issue only affects systems with BGP traceoptions enabled and
requires a BGP session to be already established. Systems without BGP traceoptions enabled are not affected by this issue.
This issue affects iBGP and eBGP, and both IPv4 and IPv6 are affected by this vulnerability.
This issue affects:
Junos OS:
* All versions before 21.2R3-S8,

| The Open eClass platform (formerly known as GUnet eClass) is a complete course management system. Prior to version 4.2, an arbitrary file upload vulnerability in the theme import functionality enables an attacker with administrative privileges to upload arbitrary files on the server's file system. The main cause of the issue is that no validation or sanitization of the file's present inside the zip archive. This leads to remote code execution on the web server. Version 4.2 patches the issue. |
| An Unchecked Return Value vulnerability in the DNS module of Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series allows an unauthenticated, network-based attacker to cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS).
If an SRX Series device configured for DNS processing, receives a specifically formatted DNS request flowd will crash and restart, which causes a service interruption until the process has recovered.
This issue affects Junos OS on SRX Series:
* 23.4 versions before 23.4R2-S5,
* 24.2 versions before 24.2R2-S1,
* 24.4 versions before 24.4R2.
This issue does not affect Junos OS versions before 23.4R1. |
| H3 is a minimal H(TTP) framework built for high performance and portability. Prior to 1.15.5, there is a critical HTTP Request Smuggling vulnerability. readRawBody is doing a strict case-sensitive check for the Transfer-Encoding header. It explicitly looks for "chunked", but per the RFC, this header should be case-insensitive. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.15.5. |
| The Versa Concerto SD-WAN orchestration platform is vulnerable to an authentication bypass in the Traefik reverse proxy configuration, allowing at attacker to access administrative endpoints. The internal Actuator endpoint can be leveraged for access to heap dumps and trace logs.This issue is known to affect Concerto from 12.1.2 through 12.2.0. Additional versions may be vulnerable. |
| An Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in the HTTP daemon (httpd) of Juniper Networks Junos Space allows an unauthenticated network-based attacker flooding the device with inbound API calls to consume all resources on the system, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS).
After continuously flooding the system with inbound connection requests, all available file handles become consumed, blocking access to the system via SSH and the web user interface (WebUI), resulting in a management interface DoS. A manual reboot of the system is required to restore functionality.
This issue affects Junos Space:
* all versions before 22.2R1 Patch V3,
* from 23.1 before 23.1R1 Patch V3. |
| A Use of Uninitialized Resource vulnerability in the Packet Forwarding Engine (PFE) of Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX4700 devices allows an unauthenticated, network-based attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS).
When forwarding-options sampling is enabled, receipt of any traffic destined to the Routing Engine (RE) by the PFE line card leads to an FPC crash and restart, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS).
Continued receipt and processing of any traffic leading to the RE by the PFE line card will create a sustained Denial of Service (DoS) condition to the PFE line card.
This issue affects Junos OS on SRX4700:
* from 24.4 before 24.4R1-S3, 24.4R2
This issue affects IPv4 and IPv6. |
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in the HDF5 weight loading component in Google Keras 3.0.0 through 3.13.0 on all platforms allows a remote attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) through memory exhaustion and a crash of the Python interpreter via a crafted .keras archive containing a valid model.weights.h5 file whose dataset declares an extremely large shape. |
| AWebServer GhostBuilding 18 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows remote attackers to overwhelm the server by sending multiple concurrent HTTP requests. Attackers can generate high-volume requests to multiple endpoints including /mysqladmin to potentially crash or render the service unresponsive. |

| MinIO Java SDK is a Simple Storage Service (aka S3) client to perform bucket and object operations to any Amazon S3 compatible object storage service. In minio-java versions prior to 8.6.0, XML tag values containing references to system properties or environment variables were automatically substituted with their actual values during processing. This unintended behavior could lead to the exposure of sensitive information, including credentials, file paths, or system configuration details, if such references were present in XML content from untrusted sources. This is fixed in version 8.6.0. |
