CVSS v3.1 |
The admin terminal in Hawt.io does not require authentication, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via the k parameter.
Summer Baby Zoom Wifi Monitor & Internet Viewing System allows remote attackers to bypass authentication, related to the MySnapCam web service.
firewalld.py in firewalld before 0.4.3.3 allows local users to bypass authentication and modify firewall configurations via the (1) addPassthrough, (2) removePassthrough, (3) addEntry, (4) removeEntry, or (5) setEntries D-Bus API method.
Nextcloud Server before 9.0.54 and 10.0.1 & ownCloud Server before 9.1.2, 9.0.6, and 8.2.9 suffer from SMB User Authentication Bypass. Nextcloud/ownCloud include an optional and not by default enabled SMB authentication component that allows authenticating users against an SMB server. This backend is implemented in a way that tries to connect to a SMB server and if that succeeded consider the user logged-in. The backend did not properly take into account SMB servers that have any kind of anonymous auth configured. This is the default on SMB servers nowadays and allows an unauthenticated attacker to gain access to an account without valid credentials. Note: The SMB backend is disabled by default and requires manual configuration in the Nextcloud/ownCloud config file. If you have not configured the SMB backend then you're not affected by this vulnerability.
phpMyFAQ before 2.9.8 does not properly mitigate brute-force attacks that try many passwords in attempted logins quickly.
IBM BigFix Compliance (TEMA SUAv1 SCA SCM) uses an inadequate account lockout setting that could allow a remote attacker to brute force account credentials. IBM X-Force ID: 123672.
A resource-permission flaw was found in the openstack-tripleo-heat-templates package where ceph.client.openstack.keyring is created as world-readable. A local attacker with access to the key could read or modify data on Ceph cluster pools for OpenStack as though the attacker were the OpenStack service, thus potentially reading or modifying data in an OpenStack Block Storage volume.
A Missing Authentication for Critical Function issue was discovered in OPW Fuel Management Systems SiteSentinel Integra 100, SiteSentinel Integra 500, and SiteSentinel iSite ATG consoles with the following software versions: older than V175, V175-V189, V191-V195, and V16Q3.1. An attacker may create an application user account to gain administrative privileges.
A vulnerability has been identified in LOGO! 8 BM (incl. SIPLUS variants) (All versions < V8.3). An attacker who performs a Man-in-the-Middle attack between the LOGO! BM and other devices could potentially decrypt and modify network traffic.
Remote enabling and disabling admin interface in Gemalto's HASP SRM, Sentinel HASP and Sentinel LDK products prior to Sentinel LDK RTE version 7.55 leads to new attack vectors.
IBM Security Identity Manager Adapters 6.0 and 7.0 does not perform an authentication check for a critical resource or functionality allowing anonymous users access to protected areas. IBM X-Force ID: 128621.
Trustwave Secure Web Gateway (SWG) through 11.8.0.27 allows remote attackers to append an arbitrary public key to the device's SSH Authorized Keys data, and consequently obtain remote root access, via the publicKey parameter to the /sendKey URI.
VMware vCenter Server 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 allows vSphere users with certain, limited vSphere privileges to use the VIX API to access Guest Operating Systems without the need to authenticate.
An issue was discovered on Humax Digital HG100R 2.0.6 devices. To download the backup file it's not necessary to use credentials, and the router credentials are stored in plaintext inside the backup, aka GatewaySettings.bin.
rkhunter versions before 1.4.4 are vulnerable to file download over insecure channel when doing mirror update resulting into potential remote code execution.
A vulnerability was discovered in Siemens SIMATIC WinCC Sm@rtClient for Android (All versions before V1.0.2.2). The existing TLS protocol implementation could allow an attacker to read and modify data within a TLS session while performing a Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attack.
The checkPassword function in python-kerberos does not authenticate the KDC it attempts to communicate with, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (bad response), or have other unspecified impact by performing a man-in-the-middle attack.
In all Android releases from CAF using the Linux kernel, the Hypervisor API could be misused to bypass authentication.
With X-Pack installed, Kibana versions 5.0.0 and 5.0.1 were not properly authenticating requests to advanced settings and the short URL service, any authenticated user could make requests to those services regardless of their own permissions.
An issue was discovered in Smiths-Medical CADD-Solis Medication Safety Software, Version 1.0; 2.0; 3.0; and 3.1. CADD-Solis Medication Safety Software grants an authenticated user elevated privileges on the SQL database, which would allow an authenticated user to modify drug libraries, add and delete users, and change user permissions. According to Smiths-Medical, physical access to the pump is required to install drug library updates.
